COPEing with Toddler Behavior is an 8-week parenting course meant to teach parents strategies and skills they can use with 12-36 month olds. Parents will have an opportunity to learn about parenting approaches and strategies, and have an opportunity to discuss these with the leaders and other parents. Snacks, prizes, childcare (in some locations) and transportation (if needed) will be provided.

Parenting the Strong Willed Child (PSWC) is a 6-week parenting course that provides strategies to use with children aged 2-12, who can be best described as “strong willed”.  Each session will typically consist of learning a specific parenting/behaviour change skill (attending, ignoring, rewards, effective communication, developing more patience, and improving self esteem).

You Make the Difference is a 9-week parent-child interaction course. Using a combination of small group sessions (8-10 parents) and individual parent and child practice sessions, YMTD helps parents learn how to foster and enrich their young child's social, language and literacy development during everyday experiences.

Picky Eating Class Ever had mealtime struggles?  This class focuses on mealtime struggles and strategies for developing a health feeding relationship.  We think this information is important for all parents and caregivers, so we offer it at no cost.
