Grow Along With Me - Educators

Grow Along with Me Educators worked in collaboration with partner agencies to provide support for all aspects of the Grow Along with Me project. 

They provided co-facilitation of training and education sessions to parents/caregivers and community agency staff. 

The Grow Along with Me Educator also coordinated community-based screening opportunities and follow-up services for children.
