Grow Along With Me - Partners

The integration of services that contribute to child development was a vital part of Grow Along With Me. The Grow Along with Me project was developed to build a network to support parents and avoid duplication of services. The partnership includes:

• Former Chinook Health Region, now part of Alberta Health Services

• Community Links

• Parent as Teachers

•  Parent Link Centres

• Southwest Child and Family Services

• University of Lethbridge

This formal partnership also built upon each organization’s current key partnerships.
